  • 1. Engagement Letter

    This is the formal agreement I will send over for you to sign that outlines the scope of work, responsibilities, fees, and expectations for both parties. It protects both sides and sets clear boundaries.

  • 2. Employee Setup

    I will send a link over email to a password-protected form for each employee to fill out with their contact info, direct deposit (if applicable), and wage information. I will send the form link and password to you, and you will be responsible to get the form link to each employee.

  • 3. Payroll Preview

    Before I can run your first payroll, I will need the YTD payroll history and will request the specific reports I need from you. Also before I run your first payroll, I will send you a preview so you can ensure that the payroll aligns with what you were expecting.
