No. My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Everything needed to handle your payroll is included in the monthly price, including year-end W2 filings.

I can typically onboard a new client within one to two weeks. Reach out for a personalized timeline!

I’m happy to review any IRS or state payroll notices with you and help clarify what’s needed. While corrections to past filings aren’t included in your monthly service, I do offer 941 and state tax filing amendments on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. If it's something I can assist with, I’ll provide a clear quote before any work begins. If it's outside my scope, I’ll refer you to a trusted payroll or tax professional.

I invoice monthly using Wave accounting software. You’ll receive an invoice by email, and it will include a link where you can view more details and pay online if you wish. I accept payment by ACH bank transfer or check — whichever is easier for your church. If you ever have questions about your invoice, feel free to reach out!
